OBJECTIVES |
- Review the impact of diabetes on anxiety and depression
- Review the role of stress on acute metabolic control in patients with diabetes
- Discuss the use of anti-diabetic medication, such as oral anti-diabetics and insulin on patients with depression and anxiety
- Identify impediments in the management of patients with diabetes and depression
