DescriptionAccording to the National Institutes of Health, there are many types of sleep disorders called parasomnias. Some common sleep problems include: nightmares, night terrors, sleepwalking, sleep talking, head banging, wetting the bed and teeth grinding. There are treatments for most sleep disorders.
