If you are having trouble viewing webcasts or video on demand, please go through the following:

System Requirements

  • You must be using Internet Explorer 5.0 or later for PC
  • You must have RealOne Player

If you are using the proper version of Internet Explorer and RealOne Player, your computer may not meet the minimum requirements for RealOne Player. Please check the Real site for details.

Network Issues

If you meet all of the system requirements and you still can't view the program, you may have problems with your network. Please contact your systems administrator about the following possibilities:

  • You may be behind a firewall or a proxy which prevents you from viewing the program.
  • You may be using a personal router or firewall which is misconfigured and may be preventing the stream from reaching your computer.
  • You may have temporarily lost internet connectivity.
