The Ninth Annual Cardiovascular Emergencies Update brings together a multidisciplinary group of experts to explore the breadth of options for “Time Critical Diagnosis” available at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Experts in cardiovascular medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, vascular surgery, critical care medicine, trauma surgery, and neurovascular critical care will discuss unique program development and present novel cases that push the boundaries of modern medicine. This course will provide physicians, nurses, allied healthcare providers and emergency medical personnel with information regarding the most current evidence-based practices and treatment modalities, and will highlight the importance of interdisciplinary collaboration throughout all phases of care in order to achieve optimal outcomes.
