1. Participants will be able to review and discuss emergency department cases over the past 30 days resulting in death within 48 hours ED presentation.

2. Participants will be able to discuss possible management alternatives for above cases.

3. Participants will be able to discuss and explore underlying pathophysiology of presented cases.
