As a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to: IDENTIFY the most common causes of acute hepatitis and characteristics of each type; and IDENTIFY the difference between abnormal liver function tests/acute hepatitis and Acute Liver Failure.

- New developments in the management of acute liver failure
- Initial lab testing in patients with acute hepatitis
- The role of radiographic imaging in evaluation of acute hepatitis
- Use of the ammonia level in acute liver failure
