Description
Today on MedNet21, we're going to discuss Evaluation of the Inpatient With Anemia. The purpose of this CME is to provide physicians with the knowledge needed to appropriately evaluate and manage a patient with anemia. At the end of the course, physicians should be able to identify the type of anemia based on basic labs, narrow their differential diagnosis and order pertinent tests to confirm the etiology of anemia. Finally, they should be able to identify the treatment for the most common types of anemia encountered in the hospital.
