Today on MedNet21, we're going to discuss Maternal Morbidity and Mortality.

The session will focus on three main areas.  The first part of the talk will define the problem at both a national and state level.  The second part of the talk will focus on the goals, function, and process of maternal mortality review committees using a mock case as an example. Finally, there will be a discussion of how to take data to action:  past state initiatives, current/future plans and the national agenda.

It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
