Description

This educational activity will review new treatment for patients with dialysis needs. Attendees will learn the results of randomized trials comparing drug coated balloons to conventional angioplasty, be able to explain the difference between acute gain and late loss as it relates to PTA, and be able to explain how percutaneous AVF creation is performed. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges of patient care with when it pertains to a dialysis patient.
