This conference has already taken place.
Description
It is understood that all APP's have knowledge of billing and documentation guidelines but may not complete these to the fullest. In addition, a recognized educational gap for advanced practice providers involves new heart failure guidelines, immunosuppression and immunology, and improving communication strategies in the cardiovascular field. During the sessions planned for the 2022-23 series discussions will also include utilization of a wearable defibrillator; long-term care of ventilated patients; and ECMO management.
