Objectives
-Assemble health providers from different departments to raise consciousness about structural racism and the potential impact on shared patient populations
-Create space for conversation about the national infant mortality crisis
-Encourage health professionals to examine how social factors such as racism, culture stress, and discrimination can contribute to poor health outcomes
