Objectives

To review the unique pathophysiological mechanisms of heart failure in adults with congenital heart disease and their implications for diagnosis and longitudinal monitoring of heart failure ​

To analyze pharmacologic therapies, device interventions, and transplant considerations for management of heart failure in this population​

To explore challenges of heart failure management in adults with congenital heart disease and emerging solutions​
