- Dr. Kristen Lewis, a Med-Peds hospitalist at Ohio State University Medical Center and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, provides a broad overview of the value for peer observation within the context of a growth mindset. This module discusses the importance of multiple sources of feedback; the benefits of both observing and being observed by peers to promote growth in developing your teaching expertise.
