As a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to: REVIEW the etiologies of syncope; DISCUSS the cardiac evaluation of syncope; RECOGNIZE the evaluation and treatment of vasovagal syncope; DEMONSTRATE the approach to syncope following a negative evaluation; DISCUSS two common vestibular disorders that cause persistent dizziness and DESCRIBE how modern neurovestibular testing can identify vestibular disorders and direct the treatment of persistent dizziness.
