As a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to: RECALL the common food allergens in adults and children; DESCRIBE the different causes of adverse reactions to food; LIST various presentations of IgE and also non-IgE mediated food allergies; and EXPLAIN appropriate indications for use of IM epinephrine related to allergic reactions.
