ObjectivesAs a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to: UNDERSTAND the process of cataract surgery; IDENTIFY pre-operative considerations for patients undergoing cataract surgery (including anti-coagulation and anesthesia); REVIEW eye anatomy and the formation of cataracts; and DISCUSS the pre-op, intra-op, and post-op experiences of a patient undergoing cataract surgery.
