Description
Can You Handle the Pressure? Tips and Tricks for Managing Glaucoma will be a live meeting employing multiple formats including presentation, patient care studies, surgical videos, and round table discussions. This will stimulate discussion and engagement while covering complex topics. The use of multiple learning modalities is consistent with principles of adult learning theory to allow different sessions/styles of presentation maximizing knowledge and competency acquisition.
We will ask attendees to delineate new knowledge they have gained and new strategies they will employ as a result of these activity. We will survey attendees regarding the knowledge they attained and any intended practice changes they wish consider implementing immediately following each session.
