common flow volume loop patterns; UNDERSTAND the indications for pulmonary function testing as well as the requirements for accurate testing; and ACCURATELY interpret pulmonary function studies and apply these interpretations to real-life patient scenarios.

Today on MedNet21, we're going to Pulmonary Function Tests and Office Spirometry.

Learners should expect to learn the indications for pulmonary function testing, the basic equipment and requirements for accurate spirometric testing, and how to interpret the results of pulmonary function testing.  

After this activity, the viewers will know the indications for different pulmonary
function tests and be able to interpret office spirometry.
