This conference has already taken place.
Description
Given the abundance of emerging practice-changing data, it is challenging for OSU and community oncology physicians and allied healthcare providers to stay up to date in the management of GI oncology patients and to implement these changes in clinical practice to improve patient care. Treatment options and clinical guidelines are modified year-round and thus conferences such as our GI Oncology Symposium provide a forum to summarize and inform physicians and providers to ensure they are equipped to provide optimal care for their patients.
This symposium specifically incorporates all the main specialties involved in GI oncology cancer care-Surgical oncology, Medical oncology, Radiation oncology, interventional radiology and gastroenterology.
