This CME activity was proposed to close the knowledge gap of radiologists, radiology residents, and medical students in the state of Ohio regarding their awareness of their colleagues’ expertise, Ohio legislative issues, and US economic issues affecting the field of radiology

Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

1.Identify methods to improve mentorship and employee development to improve retention
2.Define unconscious bias and describe it’s role in staff to staff and boss to staff interactions
3.Describe how to give effective feedback to staff and colleagues
4.Describe how artificial intelligence may impact the field of radiology
5.Describe reasonable approaches to improve breast healthcare in the underserved population
6.Describe the FDA’s approach to enhance quality in breast imaging.
7.Describe the approach to renal emergencies and GU imaging.
8.Identify legislative Issues impacting Ohio radiologists and patient care
