The Fawcett Center - Columbus, OH
3 Day Conference September 12th - 14th, 2024
22.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit Hours

Description

Like most scientific and medical fields, pathology is constantly changing and evolving as new research is conducted and published, questions are answered and new questions are asked, and new treatment methods are discovered, tested, and approved. No one physician can possibly keep up with the volume of changes being made and literature being published while also running their practice, fulfilling their institutional obligations, and managing their personal life. Therefore, the Update Course (as its name suggests) seeks to help update pathology physicians on the latest evolutions in their field through a one-weekend course. The Digital Pathology Workshop serves to educate pathologists on cutting edge technology in pathology practice as our field moves into the digital age. The Ohio State University Medical Center Pathology Department is a national and global leader in Digital Pathology practice and thus there is no better institution to offer an annual workshop specifically on Digital Pathology.
