Description
Applying the appropriate medications, testing modalities, physical assessments, and current treatment options for cardiovascular disease is essential to improving patient outcomes. This continuing medical education activity will discuss sudden cardiac arrest and the importance of effective athlete screening; wearable cardiac defibrillators; long-term COVID issues; sleep apnea; pulmonary hypertension, and more to provide practitioners with the current procedures for these conditions.

12. Identify the neurological challenges in POTS.
13. Discuss obesity myths, facts, and challenges in treating your patient.
14. Review the electrocardiogram and identify factors to determine the rhythm.
