As the second most common type of cancer affecting women, breast cancer has long been extremely well researched to that cure rates can be maximized and side effects mitigated. The Annual San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABC) has a group of esteemed and expert planners who survey various topics and research pursuits to determine what is salient to practicing clinicians. It's been established that community oncologists typically treat multiple types of cancer and cannot stay current on all of the key research findings.
