March 7th - 8th, 2025
Description
The 66th Annual Postgraduate Symposium in Ophthalmology will maintain a broadly focused list of topics to allow physicians to update their knowledge in several areas. We will have experts in all subspecialties, including glaucoma, cornea, neuro-ophthalmology, retina, uveitis, and oculoplastics that will speak on how to correctly diagnose and treat more complicated conditions. Topics may include developments in corneal transplantation, the early treatment and diagnosis of diabetic retinopathy and macular degeneration, new antiglaucoma medications and procedures to prevent blindness, and advancements in oculoplastic surgery. We will also cover the role of optic nerve imaging in the management of neuro-ophthalmic emergencies as well as covering the latest developments in the management of inflammatory eye conditions. Having a panel of guest speakers in all subspecialties will allow the audience to ask questions and find resources most applicable to their aging patient population.
