Description
Advanced practice providers and physician assistants require ongoing training and education in order to provide consistent assistance to physicians and patients. Training in various cardiac procedures, pulmonary hypertension, cardiac medications will be offered during this series. Also included in this series will be presentations on well-being and managing stress.
During this session you may unlock your potential through discovery of practical strategies to foster resilience, adaptability, and continuous improvement in your work performance and your overall approach in life. Fostering a Growth Mindset helps us get “unstuck”, embraces challenges, and can shift the experience of making a mistake from failure to opportunity. Helka Casey from the OSU Employee Assistance Program will join us for a 60-minute interactive workshop to learn about ways to develop a growth mindset and how it can benefit you both professionally and personally.
