2026 GI Oncology Symposium

February 27th, 2026

Conference starts in:

Marriott Hotel - Columbus, OH
1 Day Conference February 27th, 2026
7.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit Hours

Description

With the abundance of new practice-changing data, it is challenging for OSU and community oncology physicians and allied healthcare providers to stay up to date in the management of GI oncology patients and to implement these changes in clinical practice to improve patient care. Treatment options and clinical guidelines are modified year-round at specialty conferences and by national committees. This GI Oncology Symposium will provide a forum to summarize the key takeaways from other conferences and ensure physicians and providers are equipped to provide optimal care for their patients.

This symposium incorporates all the main specialties involved in GI oncology cancer care: surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, interventional radiology, nuclear medicine experts, clinical nurse specialists and gastroenterology. During the tumor boards at the end of each session, we will highlight how other specialties can play an important role in their patients' care.
