Description
Dr. Brittany Waterman, a Palliative Care Physician and leader in effective and empathic communication, and Dr. Joni Tornwall, Co-Director of the Academy for Teaching Innovation, Education and Scholarship in the College of Nursing at The Ohio State University, teamed up to create this module on Feedback. This module evaluates evidence-based best-practices on feedback to optimize learner acceptance and implementation into practice. Faculty learn to give feedback with respect and concern for learner development, through a feedback framework tailored to individual teaching styles.
