Description
1. Improve understanding of the contemporary clinical trajectory of ambulatory heart failure with one or more high-risk markers for death or heart failure hospitalization, treated at centers with expertise in managing such patients.
2. Improve understanding of the clinical and nonclinical factors associated with clinical deterioration and receipt of advanced therapies.
3. Facilitate more informed speculations to the key question left unanswered by the early termination of REVIVE-IT: Would earlier use of durable LVAD in this population improve survival?
