1. Describe the epidemiology and impact of TB, including MDR and XDR-TB, with emphasis on diagnostic and treatment challenges
2. Evaluate the potential consequences of fluoroquinolone overuse in common bacterial pathogens as well as MTB
3. Discuss the role and clinical impact of new and emerging diagnostic modalities in improving early diagnosis and treatment outcomes in TB
