Objectives
1. Understand how to apply past experience in non-medical disciplines to meaningful surgical care to build resilience and protect mental health.
2. Understand the neurologic and psychologic components to technical mastery and how to capitalize on volume based experience in surgical training. How to master improvisation and apply it to your practice.
3. Know How to identify how teaching in surgery and mentorship are both reflective and protective against neurocognitive fatigue in surgical training.
