1. Describe the applications for LVAD therapy
2. Review the effects of LVAD therapy on cardiac hemodynamics
3. Discuss the effects of LVAD therapy on myocardial oxygen consumption.
For Dr. Shayna Brathwaite's presentation
1. Define the important mediators of the Wnt Signaling pathway and their importance in colon cancer carcinogenesis
2. Explain the link between the Wnt Signaling pathway and the Warburg effect/glucose metabolism in colon tumors
3. Describe the mechanism by which glucose transporter inhibitor, CG5, leads to inhibition of Wnt Signaling and glucose transport.
