Description
It is important for the healthcare provider to be able to identify and integrate current guidelines in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular emergencies. Many of these patients have multiple co-morbidities and diagnoses. This continuing medical education activity will emphasize optimal use of EMS, effective and acute care, rehabilitation, and performance review of care delivery. Interdisciplinary teams are essential in providing care for these patients. This activity will discuss roles and best practice recommendations throughout all stages of care and all levels of practice.
