With continued prevalence of obesity in our society, there is critical need for surgical and non-surgical approaches to help with weight loss. In order for physicians, nurses, dietitians, allied health professionals to provide their patients with high quality care, they must have the most current ways to debunk the myths of bariatric surgery.
