Description
esophageal and liver cancers are relatively infrequently seen outside of referral center. The experience of many physicians practicing outside of referral centers tends to be limited. This has resulted in limited knowledge base of the relevant literature and competence in treating them.

Objectives
- To illustrate how to manage early esophageal cancer.
- To describe the proper chemotherapy for metastic esophageal cancer.
- To evaluate the management of liver mets in patients with colon cancer.
- Identify patients at high risk for colon cancer.
- To describe how to manage patients with borderline and locally advanced pancreas cancer.
- To review the treatment of hepatitis inpatients with hepatocellular cancer.
