Description
In-Basket management, Medication reconciliation, documentation (smartphrases, hybrid smartphrase/notewriter templates), billing, order entry, communicating with referring providers regarding patient care/tx, finding pertinent results/information using chart review in an efficient and timely manner.
Inconsistent medication list allowing inaccurate drug/allergy interactions, slow documentation, delays in finding orders in order entry causing patient care delays.
New tools are constantly being released that were not covered in their initial IHIS training, which aid in efficiency.
Live instructor led group presentations and virtual instructor led sessions.
Instructor led live or virtual classroom training, providers logged into system during presentation to build optimization tools.
By utilizing an in-person trainer, providers can build tools and ask questions when/if they get stuck on any of the tools presented.
Utilizing Signal data, we can increase provider efficiency leading to less time in chart both in clinic and after hours resulting in better patient care through quicker documentation, research and allowing for more Patient/Physician face to face interaction.
