-To understand the impact of music on mood and behavior.
-To explore what musical preferences may say about a person’s character.
-To elucidate the impact of active musical engagement (singing, instrument playing, etc.) on mood and cognition.
-To clarify music’s utility in the field of behavioral and mental health.
-To identify risks of musical engagement.
