Description

Practicing regular self-check-ins helps build self-awareness which aids in all dimensions of your wellness and professional practice. When you can develop more understanding of self and your needs, you are able to better respond to, rather than react, to experiences (emotion regulation). The check-ins will assist you in gathering information about where you are and the efforts you can take to manage your response. During this workshop we’ll explore the approaches you can use for self-check-ins and the action steps that may be available to you as a result.
