Description

Advanced practice providers and physician assistants require ongoing training and education in order to provide consistent assistance to physicians and patients. Training in various cardiac procedures, pulmonary hypertension, cardiac medications will be offered during this series. Also included in this series will be presentations on well-being and managing stress.

It’s easy to get lost in a loop of competing priorities, changing demands, and uncertainty in the workplace. It can often create a negative filter in which you see situations as daunting problems rather than opportunities to grow. Helka Casey from the OSU Employee Assistance Program will join us for a 60-minute interactive workshop and explore approaches to shift your perspective towards a growth mindset, challenge you to rethink stress, and reclaim and ultimately, renew your energy at work.
