Description
Stress is often seen as a challenge or threat, but by shifting how we perceive it, we can transform our experience and better manage its impact. In this 60-minute OSU EAP workshop, we’ll explore how the body’s stress response provides valuable information about our internal state. You’ll learn to recognize these signals and discover practical, in-the-moment strategies to complete the stress cycle and enhance your ability to cope effectively. Join us to reframe stress and cultivate resilience from within.
