Objectives

Adopt a systems approach to reduce the risk of preterm birth in women receiving prenatal care in their practice by creating a plan to:

- Identify pregnant women in their practice setting who are candidates for cervical sonography

- Identify pregnant women in their practice who are candidates for progesterone supplementation to reduce the risk of preterm birth.

- Identify and overcome administrative barriers to implementation of these goals.
