Objectives

- Interpret emerging research and clinically relevant information regarding treatment and post operative care of pulmonary critical care patients.
- Identify strategies to improve outcomes for pulmonary critical care medicine
- Examine issues related to patients prior to, during and post procedures in the ICU
- Discuss strategies for optimizing the recovery of pulmonary criticalcare patients
- Discuss and evaluate improved communication and hand-off strategies before, during and after ICU care
