1. Understand the clinical endoscopic and radiological criteria of a clinical complete response (cCR)

2. Estimate the risks of local regrowth and subsequent distant metastases after non-operativement management in the setting of a cCR

3. Evaluate options for salvage resection in the setting of local regrowth following initial cCR
