That means that inevitably, some of your patients are taking supplements and the chances are pretty good that you don’t even know it. In many cases, these preparations may be helpful for some conditions. But just as frequently, they can potentially interact with conventional prescribed medications, often with harmful consequences. Today on the MedNet Webcast, we’re going to take a close look at the most common nutritional supplements that your patients use – what they are used for and what side effects to watch out for.
