ObjectivesAs a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to: UNDERSTAND different techniques for esophageal resection; DESCRIBE the correlation between esophagectomy volume and operative morbidity and mortality; IDENTIFY the risk factors and signs/symptoms for esophageal cancer; and COMPREHEND the diagnostic work-up for esophageal cancer.
