Description

Today on MedNet21, we're going to discuss Reducing Readmissions. 

The Reducing Readmissions presentation will cover what readmissions are, why there is a significant emphasis to reduce them, and what techniques have produced effective reduction.  Viewers should leave the presentation with an introductory framework to address the problem in their own healthcare systems.
