The Ruberg Symposium seeks to increase the knowledge base and patient care regarding complex topics related to complex aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. Additionally, issues related to learner education and diversity in plastic surgery will be discussed.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
1. Describe and implement reproducible surgical techniques to improve outcomes in rhinoplasty.
2. Explain the safety concerns related to gluteal augmentation with fat grafting and describe how ultrasound guidance decreases potential morbidity.
3. Identify the techniques and outcomes related to surgical correction of hypoplastic and ptotic breasts.
4. Recognize different cultural norms and expectations related to aesthetic surgery in diverse populations.
5. Employ techniques to safely incorporate aesthetic surgery in combination with non-aesthetic surgery.
6. Explain the use of fillers and non-surgical interventions to improve facial aesthetics.
7. Identify potential challenges related to complex cases and distinguish opportunities for improvement in patient care.
8. Review techniques for feedback and microteaching.
