Objectives

- Understand the challenges posed by dense breasts for successful breast cancer screening
with mammography

- Understand the role of adjunctive breast cancer screening for women with dense breasts
with a focus on Automated Whole Breast Ultrasound (ABUS)

- Appreciate the strengths and weaknesses of supplemental whole breast ultrasound screening and identify populations of woman who would be most likely to benefit.
