Description
Writing Grief: A 25-hour Journey is a part of Remembrance & Renewal, dedicated time and space to honor grief/loss and to renew our spirits for resilience. Participants will attend 2-45 minute, online workshops with 24 hours of reflection time in between. Grief and loss will be explored in the Day 1 online workshop as a check-in. Renewal and resilience will be explored in the Day 2 online workshop time as a check-out. In between each day's online workshop is time for personal reflection or the opportunity to connect with colleagues. This full 25-hour cycle fulfills the Claiming Resilience process and full participation will provide 2 contact hours.
Requirements for credit and computer needs
- Attendance at both Day 1 and Day 2 online workshops
- Online access to zoom where typing on a document is easy - this will be difficult on a cellphone
- Audio capabilities are not necessary. This will be writing focused with little to no verbal interaction.
