Objectives

1. Recognize ADPKD as a systemic disorder and identify its major kidney and extrarenal manifestations.

2. Apply a practical, individualized approach to ADPKD care, including diagnosis, prognostic risk assessment, multidisciplinary management, and selection of appropriate patients for tolvaptan therapy.

3. Describe the evolving therapeutic landscape of ADPKD, including clinical-trial opportunities, emerging biomarkers, artificial-intelligence applications, and novel disease-modifying therapies.
